Terms of Service

The Short Version

AskThree is an AI research tool. You ask questions; we send them to three AI models and synthesize the results. The answers come from AI and web sources, not from us. Use your own judgment before acting on any answer. We try to keep the service running and improving, but we provide it as-is.

Using AskThree

  • By creating an account, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use AskThree
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
  • You agree not to use AskThree to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the acceptable use policies of the underlying AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google)
  • You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service

AI-Generated Content

AskThree synthesizes responses from Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini, supplemented by live web search results. Important things to understand:

  • AI answers can be wrong. Despite using three models and confidence scoring, AI-generated content may contain errors, outdated information, or hallucinations. Always verify important decisions independently.
  • AskThree is a research tool, not professional advice. Responses should not be treated as legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
  • Web search results reflect external sources. We do not control or verify the accuracy of third-party websites returned by web searches.

Your Content

You own the questions you ask and any original content you provide. We retain your search history to provide the service (so you can revisit past research). You can delete your history at any time. We do not claim ownership of your queries or use them for purposes beyond providing and improving AskThree.

Payments and Subscriptions

  • The free tier includes 5 initial searches plus 1 per day, at no cost
  • The Pro plan costs $19/month, billed monthly through Stripe
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time; access continues through the end of your billing period
  • We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

Service Availability

We aim to keep AskThree available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AskThree depends on third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) and web search services (Exa). If any of these providers experience downtime, parts of AskThree may be temporarily unavailable. We are not liable for outages caused by third-party services.

Limitation of Liability

AskThree is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the service, including decisions made based on AI-generated responses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. For significant changes, we will notify you by email or by a notice on the site at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of AskThree after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
